Spraying On Your Next Tan
Can one identify the best spray tan for a certain skin type? There is no straight or sure answer to such a question because the successs of artifical tanning depends on lots of factors. Even the best rated of brand products could be faulty for certain individual cases. Human skin is unpredictable, and the best spray tan that works for one case, could be a total failure for another. Owners of tanning salons know how much they have to invest in equipment and materials, and even for top quality items, some things do go wrong occasionally. Best psychic / psychic review.
Knowledgeable technicians who work in spas and beauty centers use some tricks to maximize the effect of the tanning solutions they use in the booths. The best spray tan is seldom achieved at home, because it often takes a trained eye and a bit of skill to make the tan look natural and perfectly matching one’s anatomical structure. Spraying on overlapping areas could for instance result in darker skin portions, and this is definitely not the way to getting the best spray tan. Although slight overlapping is unavoidable, with patience and care a uniform effect is more than possible. Look at the color when you spray it, if when it is wet the look is even, so it will remain when the color develops. Best psychic / psychic review.
There are many tips and suggestions you can use in order to get the best spray tan possible. For example, you still need to prepare the skin carefully before tanning, even if you entrust professionals with the coloring. Scrub the entire body for exfoliation and insist in the area of the elbows and the knees for the best of effects. The chest, the shins, the face and the neck require special attention as well because streaks may appear due to the skin thinness. Best psychic / psychic review.
Dermatological treatments could impair the best spray tan results, which is why a medical opinion may be necessary before the tanning session. Drugs such as Retin-A and Accutane prevent the the active DHA ingredient from reacting with the skin amino acids and the brown coloring does not happen. If you take such medication, the tan could turn out splotchy and you won’t be able to do anything about it. Moreover, it is wrong to apply too much tanning lotion on some body areas because this may result in darker spots. More lotion or spray will not necessarily cause a deeper tan!

Great article. I think there are some basic and general guidelines to what type of spray tanning can be used on which type of person. I use EnvyTan solutions so I am going to reference them. For example, If I have someone who is really pale come in I am going to use Tease:5% tanning solution on them. If they have an average skin tone I will use Sinful: 8%, or even sometimes Greedy 10%. If they are dark I am going to use 12% Gluttony. I also recommend that all my customers exfoliate with Ambush, EnvyTan’s pre-tan scrub and follow up their spray tans with Body Armor, EnvyTan’s tan extender. Body Armor helps the spray tan last longer and fade evenly.
